1. About Us
 
 
 
AnglingWear Clothing LTD (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a UK-based business providing personalised clothing for fishing clubs and syndicates. Our website is anglingwear.co.uk. By placing an order or using our website, you agree to these terms.
 
 
 
2. Orders & Custom Products
 
 
 
All garments are made to order and personalised with your club’s logo and colours. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on customised items unless the product is faulty or we have made an error.
 
 
 
Please ensure all customisation details (logo, colours, sizing) are correct before submitting your order. We will not be liable for errors submitted by the customer.
 
 
 
3. Pricing & Payment
 
 
 
All prices are displayed in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We accept payment via the methods displayed at checkout, including Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and others.
 
 
 
Payment is taken in full at the time of order. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice, though any change will not affect an order already placed.
 
 
 
4. Delivery
 
 
 
We aim to dispatch orders within the timeframe stated at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers or circumstances outside our control.
 
 
 
Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt.
 
 
 
5. Returns & Refunds
 
 
 
Due to the custom and personalised nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless:
 
 
 
   •    The item is faulty or damaged on arrival
 
   •    The item received differs materially from what was ordered
 
 
 
If you believe your order qualifies, contact us at the email provided on our Contact page within 14 days of receiving your order. We may request photos as evidence.
 
 
 
This does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
 
 
 
6. Club Commission Programme
 
 
 
We offer a commission scheme to registered fishing clubs and syndicates. Under this scheme:
 
 
 
   •    Clubs receive 15% back on all sales generated through their dedicated club page for the first 6 months
 
   •    This rate reduces to 10% thereafter
 
 
 
Commission is calculated on the net sale value (excluding VAT and shipping). Payments will be made to clubs on a schedule agreed at the time of registration. We reserve the right to modify commission rates for new agreements with reasonable notice. Existing agreed rates will be honoured for the duration of the agreed period.
 
 
 
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate a club’s participation in the commission programme if we believe the scheme is being misused.
 
 
 
7. No Cost to Clubs
 
There is no cost to fishing clubs or syndicates to join or participate in the AnglingWear programme. Clubs are not charged any registration, membership, or setup fees. The commission scheme exists entirely to benefit the club - members simply order through the club's dedicated page, and the club earns commission on every sale at no expense to themselves.
 
 
 
8. Intellectual Property
 
 
 
By submitting a logo or design for printing, you confirm that you own the rights to that artwork, or have permission to use it. You grant AnglingWear a licence to reproduce that artwork solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.
 
 
 
We are not responsible for any intellectual property infringement arising from customer-submitted artwork.
 
 
 
9. Website Use
 
 
 
You agree not to misuse our website, including but not limited to: attempting to hack or disrupt the site, scraping content, or using it for any unlawful purpose.
 
 
 
We do not guarantee that the website will be uninterrupted or error-free.
 
 
 
10. Limitation of Liability
 
 
 
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AnglingWear will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability in connection with any order shall not exceed the value of that order.
 
 
 
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.
 
 
 
11. Privacy

12. Governing Law
 
 
 
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
